Coriander & Ginger Chicken

Coriander leaf
Clove, cumin seeds
Large piece of ginger
2 cloves of garlic
Veg stock
Lemon juice


  1. Puree ginger and garlic, grind spices.
  2. Fry pureed spices with chicken.
  3. Pour in veg stock till chicken is completely covered.
  4. Simmer until chicken is cooked through.
  5. Stir in coriander leaf, lemon juice and salt/pepper to taste.
