Something my hubby likes to put together for a quick meal with little to no prep work, cook time or finesse. Still, it’s an amazingly delicious result!
Yellow/ Red peppers
Cumin/ Herbes de Provence
Salt and Pepper
- Saute/ Grill vegetables together and mix in with cooked cous cous
- Drizzle balsamic vinegar over mixture
- Scatter with pine nuts and torn basil
