Crab Omelette w/ Green Salad

Ingredients

Tinned/fresh crab
Miso
Eggs
Chopped pickles (homemade pickled carrots in picture)
Cucumber
Lettuce
Chipotle mayo

Method

  1. Make an omelette to your liking with the above non-salad ingredients. Mix eggs with salt, pepper and miso paste. Fill omelette with tinned/fresh & cooked crab.
  2. Make a salad to your liking with the non-omelette ingredients.
  3. Mix in homemade (preferably) or store bought (if you’re in a pinch) chipotle sauce with some mayo.
