Homemade Honey Mustard Vinaigrette

Save yourself the burden of plastic waste and overly sugared salad dressing. Do you have a pot of mustard? Some honey? Olive oil? Vinegar? Salt? Well, baby, you gotta vinaigrette going!

Ingredients

Dijon Mustard
Honey
Olive Oil
Cider Vinegar
Salt to taste

Method

Add together ingredients in a combination that suits your taste buds. Though, I’d recommend using only as much salt as needed to bring out the flavors of the other ingredients. Mix it up in a small, reusable pot you can throw a lid on and stick in the fridge if you didn’t use it all up!
