Lamb & Bulgar Wheat Pilaf

Lamb leg – diced
Bay leaves
Lots of garlic
Chicken stock


  1. Simmer lamb, spices and vegetables for a few hours.
  2. Add bulgar towards end of cooking.
  3. Serve with yoghurt-mustard-tahini sauce.
