Lamb & Bulgar Wheat Pilaf

Ingredients

Lamb leg – diced
Bay leaves
Lots of garlic
Carrot
Onion
Cumin
Coriander
Cinnamon
Paprika
Chicken stock

Method

  1. Simmer lamb, spices and vegetables for a few hours.
  2. Add bulgar towards end of cooking.
  3. Serve with yoghurt-mustard-tahini sauce.
