Lentil Rice Salad

A go-to favorite for me and my husband to make for large dinner parties as a complement to a nice roasted something, meat or veg.


Puy lentils
Dressing: Mustard, White wine vinegar, Sugar, Lemon juice, Salt and pepper, Olive oil


  1. Cook rice and lentils accordingly.
  2. Mix in dressing, rice and lentils in a large bowl.
  3. Add in peas, parsley and coriander and mix in well.
