Potato, Onion, Salami and Pastrami “Salad”

Ingredients (For 2)

1 potato, cubed and boiled
Half an onion, sliced
Pastrami, sliced
Salami, sliced
Lettuce, shredded
Capers, tsp


Cider vinegar
Olive oil
Pinch sugar


  1. Caramelise the onion, add the potato and brown.
  2. Add the pastrami and salami, and heat through.
  3. Pile the onions, potatoes and meat onto plates.
  4. Pile the lettuce on top, scatter the capers and drizzle over the dressing
