This recipe is made with ripe plantains wrapped in spring roll wrapping and fried to perfection. It was one of the first Filipino recipes mom taught me. Also, one of my favorite things to eat as a sweet treat.
- Egg-roll wrappers
- Ripe bananas (plantains)
- Cut bananas lengthwise (semi thick slices)
- Wrap in egg-roll wrappers (use mixed eggs to hold closed)
- Fry in pan until golden brown on both sides
