Lost Memories

I am covered in thin layers
Of silent silicone prayers
Teardrops bead and slip away
Down to the tip of my nose and
Along the curves of my chin
Never saturating, never seeping in
Salty trails are all that remains
For my fingertips to touch
And remember what caused
All of this pain
